A few notes about your screenshare session..

Once your Drake Software support representative joins the session, they can see the desktop, application, or browser that you have authorized. At any time during this session, you can select Hide My Screen to enable on-demand privacy & hide the entire web page from view. To end the session, simply select End Session

By clicking "Start Session," you agree to share the information visible on your computer screen with the remote Drake Software customer service agent assisting you while the screen share function is enabled and you represent that you have the authority to share your computer screen with Drake Software. You can end the screen share at any time by clicking the “End Session” button at the bottom of your screen. The screen share session will not be recorded by Drake Software.
